ElevenChase (“ElevenChase”, “we”, “us”) operates elevenchase.com and the ElevenChase CRM workspace at admin.elevenchase.com. This page explains what information we collect through our website and connected workspace services, why, and how it is handled. We do not sell your information.
Customer records from managed websites
We also process inquiries for businesses whose websites we manage. Their connected forms send the name, email, phone number and inquiry details you provide to that business’s workspace, where authorized staff can help the business respond. The business’s privacy policy applies to its use of your inquiry.
When a business connects its registration, booking or purchase system, we also process its approved customer name, email and phone details, source identifiers and verification timestamps in its access-controlled workspace. Authorized staff use these records to support the business. This connection does not collect passwords, payment-card details or health information. The business’s privacy notice explains its collection and use of these records.
If you separately select the optional ElevenChase email signup, we also use your name and email for our own website, SEO and marketing offers. We record the disclosure you agreed to, its version, the form source and when you agreed. You can submit an inquiry, register, book or purchase without this signup, and you can withdraw it through an unsubscribe link in our sales emails or by contacting hello@elevenchase.com. We retain the minimum opt-out record needed to prevent further sales emails. Permission to reply to an inquiry, receive an SMS receipt or use advertising measurement does not subscribe you to ElevenChase email.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through the contact, website-audit, and careers forms on this site. This may include your name, email address, location, professional experience, résumé or professional-profile link, company and website details, and the messages you submit. We also record whether you choose to receive occasional marketing emails. With your analytics permission, we also collect page visits, inquiry events, and campaign attribution. Public inquiry forms do not require an account.
How we use it
We use information submitted through our forms to respond to your inquiry, for example to follow up about a project, a requested website audit, or a potential work opportunity. We use careers submissions only to evaluate and contact potential candidates. If you explicitly select the optional marketing checkbox on a project form, we also use your name and email address to send occasional ElevenChase insights, updates, and business tips. A career application does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
We use Resend to deliver form submissions to our inbox by email and, when you opt in, to maintain our marketing contact list and deliver future marketing emails. Project and website-audit inquiries are also stored in our access-controlled Supabase CRM so our sales team can respond and maintain an inquiry history. We use Vercel to host the site. With analytics permission, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics help us understand site usage and inquiry events. ElevenChase can also record explicitly labelled website actions with analytics permission, without reading form values. Advertising identifiers accompany those actions only when you also allow marketing. With marketing permission, Meta Pixel shares page visits and browser information with Meta to measure advertising performance. With review-tool permission, we load Trustpilot's review tools.
Cookies and tracking
Optional analytics collection, marketing collection, and review tools stay off until you allow them. Use Accept all, Reject optional, or Manage preferences in the cookie banner. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer; rejecting optional tools does not prevent browsing or submitting forms. Turning off an active tool refreshes the page to stop it.
Essential storage supports security, requested services, and your preferences. We store your cookie choice in local storage for 180 days; your light/dark theme may also be stored locally. If browser storage is unavailable, your cookie choice lasts only for the current page. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and campaign attribution is retained in session storage for that browsing session. Withdrawing analytics permission clears our campaign storage and first-party Google analytics cookies. We keep Google advertising consent off. Withdrawing marketing permission stops Meta Pixel and clears its first-party cookies. Cookie consent does not subscribe you to marketing emails; that requires a separate form opt-in.
Google-connected workspace services
When you authorize a Google connection, we receive your Google account email address and access tokens for the selected service. The information accessed depends on the connection and the permissions you grant:
- Gmail: message content, senders and recipients, subjects, timestamps, labels, drafts, and attachment information support the workspace inbox and customer conversation history. Authorized team members can organize messages, manage drafts, and send or reply through the connected mailbox. Attachments may be retrieved and stored when an authorized user requests them.
- Google Calendar: calendar lists, availability, and relevant event details support booking and conflict checks. Booking actions create, update, or cancel meeting events and share booking details with the calendar provider and invitees.
- Google Business Profile: business accounts and locations, contact details, hours, categories, reviews and existing replies, and post and media metadata support local SEO reports and review management. The current connection reads these records; it does not publish profile changes or replies.
- Search Console and Google Analytics: selected property details and search or website performance reports support SEO reporting. These include search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, rankings, and aggregate traffic, engagement, and key-event measurements.
Synchronized records are stored in our access-controlled Supabase workspace and processed by our hosted application on Vercel. Workspace permissions determine which team members can access records. Stored Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted. When enabled and requested by an authorized user, email AI assistance sends relevant conversation excerpts and CRM context to OpenAI to prepare drafts or summaries for human review.
Website cookie choices are separate from Google account authorization. The website analytics and advertising tools described above are separate from these workspace connections; connecting a Google account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
You can disconnect a service in its workspace settings or revoke ElevenChase access from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future use of that connection but does not automatically erase synchronized emails, reports, booking records, or audit history already held in the workspace. Use the contact details below to request deletion of stored information; removing our connection does not delete the original records in Google.
Data retention
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Career applications may be kept for reasonable consideration for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete them. If you opt in to marketing, we retain your contact record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can make a deletion request at any time using the details below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, validated server-side, and protected by spam and rate-limit checks. Project and audit inquiries are stored in our access-controlled CRM before email notification is attempted, so an email outage does not silently lose your request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
