Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through the contact, website-audit, and careers forms on this site. This may include your name, email address, location, professional experience, résumé or professional-profile link, company and website details, and the messages you submit. We also record whether you choose to receive occasional marketing emails. With your analytics permission, we also collect page visits, inquiry events, and campaign attribution. Public inquiry forms do not require an account.

How we use it

We use information submitted through our forms to respond to your inquiry, for example to follow up about a project, a requested website audit, or a potential work opportunity. We use careers submissions only to evaluate and contact potential candidates. If you explicitly select the optional marketing checkbox on a project form, we also use your name and email address to send occasional ElevenChase insights, updates, and business tips. A career application does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers

We use Resend to deliver form submissions to our inbox by email and, when you opt in, to maintain our marketing contact list and deliver future marketing emails. Project and website-audit inquiries are also stored in our access-controlled Supabase CRM so our sales team can respond and maintain an inquiry history. We use Vercel to host the site. With analytics permission, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics help us understand site usage and inquiry events. With review-tool permission, we load Trustpilot's review tools.

Cookies and tracking

Optional analytics and review tools stay off until you allow them. Use Accept all, Reject optional, or Manage preferences in the cookie banner. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer; rejecting optional tools does not prevent browsing or submitting forms. Turning off an active tool refreshes the page to stop it.

Essential storage supports security, requested services, and your preferences. We store your cookie choice in local storage for 180 days; your light/dark theme may also be stored locally. If browser storage is unavailable, your cookie choice lasts only for the current page. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and campaign attribution is retained in session storage for that browsing session. Withdrawing analytics permission clears our campaign storage and first-party Google analytics cookies. We keep Google advertising consent off. Cookie consent does not subscribe you to marketing emails; that requires a separate form opt-in.

Data retention

We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Career applications may be kept for reasonable consideration for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete them. If you opt in to marketing, we retain your contact record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can make a deletion request at any time using the details below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, validated server-side, and protected by spam and rate-limit checks. Project and audit inquiries are stored in our access-controlled CRM before email notification is attempted, so an email outage does not silently lose your request.
