What is the difference between SEO and paid advertising?

SEO improves a website’s ability to appear in unpaid search results through useful content, technical improvements and clear site structure. Paid advertising buys placements through platforms such as Google or Meta. ElevenChase offers both; the right starting point depends on your website, budget and customer acquisition goals.

How long does a project take?

It depends on what's being built. A focused MVP or website can ship in a matter of weeks; a larger platform or an ongoing engineering partnership runs longer. We scope realistic timelines during Understand and Design, not before we know what we're actually building.

Do you only work with startups, or established companies too?

Both. We work with founders validating a first idea and with established teams modernizing systems that already run a business. The engagement looks different in each case, but the process (understand, design, build, ship) stays the same.

Can you work with our existing codebase or in-house team?

Yes. We regularly step into existing projects, auditing what's there, fixing what's holding it back, and building alongside an in-house team rather than replacing it.

Do you guarantee search rankings or AI search placement?

No. Google chooses search rankings, People also ask answers and AI Overview sources. ElevenChase improves crawlability, site performance, internal links and useful content so pages are easier to discover and understand. These improvements do not guarantee indexing, rankings or AI search placement.

What does “Dedicated Engineering” actually include?

An embedded engineer or small team that works inside your existing workflow: your tools, your standups, your roadmap, rather than operating as a separate outside vendor you have to manage.

Do you offer support after launch?

We offer ongoing website management and can discuss post-launch software support. Confirm the support period, maintenance responsibilities, update scope and fees in your proposal or project agreement; these depend on the engagement.

Where is ElevenChase based, and do you work internationally?

We're a remote-first studio working with clients worldwide. Communication happens async by default, with calls scheduled to fit your time zone.

What if I'm not sure what I actually need yet?

That's normal. Request a free website audit or start a conversation, and we'll help you figure out what's actually worth building or fixing first, before you commit to anything.

Can ElevenChase build AI agents for my business?

Yes. We build AI agents and automation for real operations: support inboxes that draft and triage responses, lead qualification, document processing, and internal tools that summarize and route work, integrated into the systems you already use rather than shipped as standalone demos.

Can you automate our existing business workflows?

Often, yes. We look at what's manual today, whether that's routing support tickets, qualifying leads, or processing documents, and build automation that plugs into your existing tools rather than requiring you to switch systems.

What technologies does ElevenChase use?

Primarily Next.js, React and TypeScript for software and web development, PostgreSQL and Supabase for data, AWS and Vercel for infrastructure, and OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features. The exact stack depends on what a project actually needs.

What does ElevenChase build?

ElevenChase builds business websites, lead follow-up and booking systems, AI automation, custom software and SaaS platforms. We also manage SEO and paid advertising. Monthly growth packages combine ongoing services; custom software is scoped and quoted separately.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with an honest audit of the current codebase and architecture, then take over ownership of ongoing development, whether that's fixing what's holding it back, modernizing it, or continuing feature work.

Can you integrate AI into an existing platform?

Yes. This is a common engagement: adding AI features (agents, automation, document processing) into a product that already exists, rather than building something new from scratch.

Who owns the software after the project?

Ownership and access depend on the project agreement. Confirm source code, content, data, domain and provider-account rights, licensing and handover terms before work begins. This page does not establish contractual ownership rights.

How does a project start?

Tell us what you're building through the contact form or by booking a discovery call. We'll ask enough questions to understand the problem, then follow up with an honest scope and next steps, rather than a generic sales pitch.
